Overview
Various balanced menus have been carefully designed and are listed on the following pages for your perusal. Menus may be altered to suit your taste. Dietary requirements are catered for.
The price of the menu includes the use of the following:
- Menu
- Venue Hire
- Crockery, cutlery, glassware, white linen and ice-buckets
- 1 waitron per 2 tables (we advise 1 waitron per table for higher service levels)
- Barmen
- For Own Account; Flowers, Decor, Entertainment and Beverages
Additional waitrons may be sought and the charge of this is R35.00 per hour with a minimum of a 6 - hour shift. Additional barmen are available at a cost of R35.00 per hour with a minimum of an 8 - hour shift.
